Led by owners George & Kayleigh Cooper, Tiller was created from a shared passion for thoughtful hospitality, exceptional produce, and meaningful experiences. Our approach is simple, celebrate what is fresh, local and in season, while creating memorable moments around the table.
Completely off-grid with independent power and water systems, sustainability is woven into every part of the farm and the experiences we create. Every menu is carefully curated to reflect the rhythm of the seasons, showcasing sustainably sourced ingredients and produce grown with intention.
Nestled within the farm, our private dining room offers an intimate and elevated setting for weddings, long lunches, celebrations and special occasions. Alongside our in-house experiences, we also bring Tiller beyond our grounds through bespoke offsite catering, delivering the same seasonal philosophy and refined service to venues and properties across the region.
